Welcome to Stride Fitness and Mobility Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate the website www.stridepodiatry.in, through which we sell our range of podiatrist-designed flip-flops and comfort footwear. By accessing or using our website, or purchasing any product from it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

• The website is owned and operated by Stride Fitness and Mobility Clinic, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

• Our website offers flip-flops and related footwear designed with foot comfort and support in mind. All products are subject to availability, and specific sizes or colours may go out of stock without notice.
• We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing, and specifications are accurate. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if incorrect pricing or product information is displayed, or if we suspect a fraudulent transaction. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
• Our footwear is designed for everyday comfort and is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you have a specific foot condition, we recommend consulting a qualified podiatrist or healthcare professional.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing through our payment gateway partner Razorpay.
• We accept payments through UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay.
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. If any amount is debited despite a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded by the bank or payment gateway within the timelines applicable to your payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details,
• not to misuse the website,
• not to engage in fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access attempts.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, and layouts is the property of Stride Fitness and Mobility Clinic and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stride Fitness and Mobility Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Fit and comfort can vary from person to person; our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
